And in all seriousness: when studies have looked for correlations among folks with authoritarian beliefs, most studies conclude that regressive reactionaries really do tend to have…ummm, less nuanced/sophisticated views on a whole range of things, that's why they resort to grabbing power by force based on their "beliefs" rather than developing policies or politics based on mountains of reason.
