I have the German blu ray release of Hogan's Heroes. It includes both the English and German audio. The thing is, the German audio isn't a straight translation of the original English. They modified it, sometimes in significant ways. Unfortunately, I don't speak German and the English subtitles on the discs are just transcriptions of the original English dialog. I want English subtitles that present a translation of the modified German dialog.

Maybe I can extract the subtitles and run them through a translator to generate an SRT file I could use with VLC or something?
