8. Where do you get your books?

Places/situations where I have gotten one or more books:

Used book sales/stores, local bookstores, eBay, Bandcamp, Paperbacks & Frybread, BumblePuppy Press, B&N, Google books, Amazon, library, received as gift, came free with meal at diner. That's all I can think of but there may be other places.
