just getting started on a bit of a plan at the moment
so sick of feeling all over the place and not being able to control my focus
best way i've ever found for this in the past was a meditation technique called Anapana - breath watching, literally just keep pulling my attention back to the sensation of air moving in out of my nose
what's been driving me most nutty lately is this damn websocket bug >_< and just this whole general sense of despair about the state of the world and the oblivion that seems to be coming from all directions
what can i do about all these mad things going on around me? nothing!
just breathe, calm down... maybe finally do a proper fast again, last time that was also a great result too
