georgia (nprofile…zqs9) Im not on Zepbound but I do have issues with Alfredo sauce normally. I like to do a hack of mixing hummus with a little pasta water instead of Alfredo sauce and I don't get issues from it, maybe that could help. It's a different taste but satisfies that creaminess
