Postal craziness: You know if I submit a change of address flagged permanent, that has to go thru verification and that is done, completed, old address already got the vacant slip....It could very well be the matching informed delivery should....and hear me out....not take it's own dumbass verification given the old and new addresses are the exact same just verified🤦♂️
