Somehow I had missed that I could get a Seattle Public Library card, because while I live in the same county, I don't live in the city. Just realized I could, and holy SHIT that library has way more than the county library does. It's amazing - there are a few academic papers databases, consumer reports, and wall street journal subscriptions.
Libraries are and continue to be amazing.
