Many Nostriches have pointed out that they are not lactose intolerant, but prefer coffee black to enjoy it to the fullest, especially wrt Italian/Greek/Turkish style coffee/espresso.

Not intolerant at all, actually i love diary products done well. However why mix milk or worst case sugar whith the coffee? (i drink full fat milk on the side sometimes and i actually love it but i never mix it )
I scroll nostr every morning while enjoying a good long espresso and fresh water on the side.
Also here italian people tend to use sugar only if coffee sucks , and milk if they want a macchiato or capuccino (and they don't use the term "coffee" to refer to them so much)
