"content": "well, i can understand it being frustrating because it uses a source routing mechanism for sending messages (which increases privacy)\n\nthe problem is that source routing is less reliable than path routing\n\nnobody has invented a path routing mechanism for bitcoin UTXO channels, we are stuck with source routing for now\n\ni think Ark reduces some of the setup/teardown friction of it but they still are also stuck with teh source routing because of the way it must secure ownership",
