I don't understand why they are doing this to you. Lately I've been disappointed with OpenAI, I bought the annual plan for companies and the service is as bad as the free one. I can customize models, but they always give an error during the response or start talking nonsense GPT-4 is very dumb in chatGPT. I see a substantial difference between chatGPT vs API's GPT4. I hope good competitors appear soon.
