First you'll need to obtain the stream keys for every platform you want to multi-stream to. Then, the way I do it is, use obs to stream to zapstream. Then in zapstream, set your restreams to all the other platforms. I don't think there's preset for Twitter in zapstream, so you'll have to use the custom setting and put your twitter creds there.
