fair enough. Hard-coded npubs divided into interests go a long way.
I think the bigger problem is how can a new npub acquire reputation and follows, if his notes aren't accepted by most free relays because he has yet to prove he's not a bot.
One solution is paid relays, which is kinda shitty UX, because I have to pay to try something out.
Another is captcha, as ugly as it sounds because it implies a whack-a-mole game of AIs and anti-AIs.
And the last I see is invites, which goes the job decently I think.
