Updated my `Wildlife Camera` project on GitLab.

- IR LED's now turn on and off during recordings
- Fixed IR LED GPIO pin being wrong
- Cleaned up the motion code
- Added an example script for transferring files off the pi
- Working on adding solar (help needed)
