And such non-approval would be a good thing - it would at least proclaim a desire to stop the mad dogs that are now running our Federal government.
If Congress appropriates *any* money the FFOTUS/Musk-ites will take it from the treasury and use it for whatever they choose.
So it is better to close the valve, totally, and this turn any money grabs into overt theft.
