Before I get to the main point, I just want to say that if your continent is so full of wretched people that a hemorrhagic disease such as Ebolavirus or Marburg can just pop out of the ether in their environment, that they are clearly doing something tremendously wrong. After all, during the last major outbreak their people were so stupid that they risked exposure and spread to Ebola by stealing hospital equipment from the treatment and relief centers. You can't help people that are so incorrigibly stupid.

With that out of the way, say Ebola does spread outward as a result of USAID being cut (in actuality immigration from Africa poses a much more dire threat because it already causes the massive spread of disease; immigrants are already a vector for disease because duh, unchecked immigration).

Could be fun, especially with how quickly it would spread.
