"content": "It's a double edged sword. I suppose it depends on how the broker (e.g. Takealot or Amazon) handles things. Amazon effortlessly fixes incorrect or broken deliveries. Can't speak for Takealot. Which is why I, personally, am never interested in 1 star reviews that are about the delivery (late/lost/damaged/wrong). I only care about the *product*, because those other issues Amazon will sort out for me immediately. Obviously, I have no idea if Takelot is that good with these kinds of issues.",
