In my rural eastern #Kentucky community, #Facebook is HUGE. It is THE platform where everything is centered. Our schools post updates there, the parent teacher organization works exclusively thru it and probably 99% of non-in-person social interactions take place over Facebook or Messenger. Given how terrible its feed was for AI generated garbage, political extremism and fake news posts, I fear the negative impact its influence will have on our #election Tuesday.
