It wasn't eso Shaggy that did the hack, he was just aware of it as it was going down. Origin seems to be from spooky bones' discord. Claire claimed that trollcow and Eris showed up in her chat just before the hack was posted. Shaggy and perspic hang around that crowd. And if they knew, Ralph knew. You can check my timeline and see that shaggy and perspic were alluding to the hack hours before it dropped.
