All but one I've ever had has looked beautiful for about a year and then absolutely disintegrated on me for no discernable reason. And yet, that one gives me so much hope I keep getting new ones as I get it in my head that some new species or hybrid is going to be less fussy.
I have several dozens of different kinds of indoor plants but I just cannot wrap my brains around Calathea care in a home environment.
