Morning, Toots! I’m HOME! Yep, saw the lovely surgeon, got the drain out, and was released! Still very tender, (mostly where the drain was) and I have strict instructions not to do anything to have a reinjury - but I am allowed to walk around, and I can shower, carefully. I see the surgeon again on Friday. Next planned stop: the hairdresser on Saturday, for a shampoo and braid, this time with no itchy bits dangling against my neck, because that was a mistake. Looking forward to good food!
