Then, I have to fill in a whole lot more irrelevant info. I can't specify more than one domain I'm trying to send to (hotmail.com, outlook.com) hotmail is the current issue, so go with that.
I also can't specify more than one sending domain. I use 2 myself; I'd at least like both of those to work. But I'm trying to unblock an IP address, not a domain.
Then finally, it seems a required piece of info is my website. Yes, I should have one, but the fact that I don't is none of their business.
