With all due respect to the Free Software Foundation, its members and its volunteers, but in the circles I move around, the unfortunate public opinion is something along the lines of:

"I can't believe that the FSF is so out of touch with reality, and basically does nothing but argue semantics and ideology with developers who actually produce free software".

If the FSF plans to be relevant, they definitely need to have better PR.
