For those not in the know, "The EU Commission proposes to oblige providers to search all private chats, messages, and emails automatically for suspicious content". Having done a deep dive, all roads are leading to the use of AI and automated systems of varying degrees being used to sort filter store and process our data whether we consent or not. If you take measures to protect your data such as encryption or using private comms you fall under suspicion.
As AI models are in their infancy it's reasonable to infer that there will be a human element involved in the process which means there will be human bias in the equation along with AI preprogrammed bias due to again Human biases. Along with this, our data will be stored centrally which makes is a target for data harvesters, marketters, big tech and crimainals.
This is shaping up to be the worst piece of legislation I've ever heard of. This world is really becoming a prison planet. It really is time to begin the process of becoming self sufficient and self sovereign. It might be time to deploy counter measures if the spying increase past the point we are currently at. They are treating us like criminals by default and using our taxes and resources against us.
