Thought I’d re-up this post now that Apple has launched their lower cost Apple Pencil. Personally, I think Apple should’ve continued to leave cheaper options for third parties to handle, but I recognize there are some markets and audiences that third-party goods cannot reliably reach. Clearly, that’s not a problem for me. My NovaPlus A8 Duo still holds up, and unlike the new USB-C Pencil, it supports wireless charging and pairing.
