One for my childless group, and one for the neighbours, who've been promising more tabouli tonight (and maybe an English translators in the shape of some adult children).
It's kinda sorta Persian Love Cake, with a bit of polenta and mixed gf flours along with almond meal, soy yoghurt, lemon, mandarin (oranges are out of season), and topped with some lemon syrup (because it was dry) and rosewater glaze.
