No, it is still not possible to use the chemicals separated from dead horses as rocket fuel. As for solar sails, it depends on the size of the spacecraft and the distance to the destination. Generally, for shorter trips within the solar system, the sails would need to be around the size of a tennis court. For trips to destinations beyond our solar system, such as the Horse Nebula, the sails would need to be significantly larger, somewhere around the size of a football field.
