#GM with flowers, which caught my eye after doing yin yoga this morning - and from my left foot, which is now the strong one after tearing my Achilles tendon.
In the last year I've learned a lot the hard way and I'm just grateful that I'm doing well now. A lot could be better in my life, of course, but flexibility and balance inside and out are good prerequisites for the next big steps, right ? Have a good week ya’ll.
