After the 2022 election, losing a House seat, and a court case over Democrat-drawn maps, Democrats went from holding 19/27 seats to 15/26. Today's decision by an appellate court may let Democrats redraw the maps for 2024. (Republicans will appeal.)
I'm against gerrymandering, but red states can't be allowed to gerrymander while blue states have fair districts or even redder maps than the state's population. All states should have maps drawn by non-partisan commissions.
