I dated a former stripper for a while. She was a lot of fun and knew how to party, but she wanted to marry me and that definitely wasn't happening.
The problem is that she was irredeemably broken. She took the job because it was the only one where she could work and drink and do drugs all day without getting in trouble. Most of her best friends are dead from the lifestyle. And she could be a lot of fun and really sweet sometimes, but she was also psycho sometimes.
Aristotle once said "We are what we continually do. Virtue, then, is a habit". In the same way, vice is also a habit, and it's a road some people walk down and it is big and meaningful decision.
Can people change? Absolutely. But the larger the change and the longer you've been the person who needs the change, the more effort is required to do so, and the more will is required to change course. It doesn't just happen, and it doesn't just happen because you think she's beautiful and would like to see her on a better path.
