npub1zyl794m0xt2k5e94gslj0yzv5uex9y7l33zy74ww3z507hsle92stjmw3t (npub1zyl…mw3t) right now, when an RSS feed is parsed, the value blocks are either parsed from the RSS, or the podcast and episode level value tags are requested from PI API, then saved along with all the other parsed data in our Podcast and Episode tables.

We have a known issue though, where if value tags change in PI API, our parsers don't automatically detect the feed update from the PI "event firehose", because the RSS feed didn't change, only the Podcaster Wallet changed outside of RSS.
