The most recent show that I've watched is Love Live, and I don't think it has ruined it, and I would not have refused to watch it if I knew there was 3dcg on it, so while I really dislike 3dcg and I wish it was not being used, I'm not the best person to declare that modern anime is dead because of it. People should probably consider on a case by case basis. But some 3dcg stuff that I've seen from modern anime posted around were really bad, so the people just refusing to watch stuff because it ruins it for them are probably saving themselves the frustration.
