I'm just following along here and thought about a thermal intermittent issue. Can you try lowering the hash rate to get the temp down? See if it reboots after running cooler for a while. If that fixes it, it's potentially mechanical and the builder is the problem. I have 3 from d-central.tech and they've been running fine. They're selling them cheaper, also. I don't get reboots even at 4.7 supply voltage, although it's not optimal.
