When eggs go on sale, I inevitably make a large batch of pasta and freeze it in portions. It makes life easy when you want to be fancy & have a bowl of noodles.

So I am fancy! I had pistachio pesto I made with my murdered batch of basil (pistachio pesto is a Sicilian thing) & it’s all frozen in portions too.

Other day I made Caesar dressing, so all of this came together in 20 minutes or so. Perfect way to channel 1993 — a bacon Caesar salad & some pesto & pasta. #cooking #food #allthecarbs
