Call me crazy but, it sure as hell seems Albertsons is raising prices across the board to make a buyout by Kroger to be more enticing. Kroger already said they will reduce prices on day 1. Sure seems like price fixing to me.
Chuck Roast was $14 lb. at Albertsons. I then went to my local independent meat market where it was $6 lb. SAME CUT OF MEAT.
If ANYONE thinks this Kroger buyout is a good idea, you are truly insane.
Stop giving these assholes your money. They’re ripping you off.
