Yeah, get to level 25 in IS5 and you get him for free. Level 50 for all his pots. 25 is probably about 2.5-3 good runs. It's honestly way more tolerable than IS3 and the game doesn't have AS many faggot knowledge checks as IS4 (Where even money you wouldn't beat floor 2 if you were fucking around even a bit.) W Alter nukes the whole mode of course if you want to do the opposite of fucking around.
