#Russia opposition “Projekt” has published the results of a journalistic investigation into the ‘Russkoye Poorechye crimes’ of January this year:

It’s worth watching the whole thing, but in short they pointed out the exact same things that were obvious immediately after the videos were published - that the Ukrainian forces never fully controlled this village (it was a grey area) and that the people in the basement could have frozen to death or been killed during numerous shootings by either side.
The authors also found a whole host of other contradictions in the official narrative which are in detail documented in the video.
For the Russian government, of course, this is irrelevant - the aim of this fake was to ‘balance out’ the Russian crimes in Bucha and, as the authors postulate, to cover up the problems of internal refugees in the Kursk Oblast, which severely affected the local authorities.
