An interest twist is the rfk is the head of an administrative agency.
And SCOTUS recently abandoned the Chevron Doctrine and pretty much removed much discretion from administrative agencies and forcing the burden of detailed regulation onto Congress (which is woefully unable to carry out that role.)
So, rfk's attempts to ban may run afoul of SCOTUS recent overturning of the Chevron rule of discretion by administrative agencies.
