I was at my grandmother's today to fix her sewing machine, and ended up leaving with a small box of my grandfather's stuff. Some cool mid-century tobacco pipes, a harmonica, and a bunch of coins and Catholic medals (St. Christopher, Our Lady, a bell) from his time serving in Italy. It's a strange mix of things. The most modern item was an Executive Stress Eliminator that he used to carry and set off in line at the grocery store (identical model in picture.)
