It is a lot of effort. Most of the biggest sizes were finished in a day. But hinting all the smaller sizes took another two days. Sometimes it’s as “easy” as resizing the shapes to their nearest neighboring pixels. Other times, it means redrawing the shapes to make more sense in that space.
In macOS, you see smaller sizes in list views mainly!
