Be sure to properly dehydrate your green beans... Or it may not work out.
I had some that were fine for a month or two. But these are closer to five months.
I ignored some the articles that suggested blanching and some other steps prior to dehydration. It seemed so wasteful and time consuming, especially compared to my evenly, thinly sliced cucumbers that lasted for several months... And I'll probably ignore them on my next round and split the beans lengthwise, and leave in the dehydrator much longer.
