I'm genuinely terrified for the collapse of the insects on purely gaseous grounds now. We've changed the atmosphere so significantly we've terraformed it away from the needs of the primary inhabitants of the planet.
If it's this close for the insects, birds are merely months from following suit. Flying animals all need more oxygen than this, less co2 to deal with than this. I'm more acutely aware I'm living only through steroids and antihistamines.
