Well it's not JUST the DoH. Mozilla also forced the man who created Javascript to resign for contributing to a political cause the rest of the board didn't like, there was the Mr. Robot incident, the whole Pocket thing, and the browser itself phones home a lot and has an excessive amount of tracking by default.
So there are many reasons to use Librewolf.
