Excited to see Kimberly Bailey (Chicago- Kent) has published a review of Feminist Judgments: Rewritten Criminal Law Opinions, which I co-edited with npub10yskg8jzp5utmylsknmrqfvqxkkrq3x2qglmlgyhl0rlxv83nxlq4usvry (npub10ys…svry) (Fordham) and Sarah Deer (KU). I'm glad Bailey noted and appreciated the diversity of authors and their perspectives. As editors, we gave a lot of feedback to the opinion authors, but let them shape their normative views. The result is many different types of feminism reflected in the rewritten opinions. https://clcjbooks.rutgers.edu/books/feminist-judgments-rewritten-criminal-law-opinions/
