IMO, this kind of awesome cloud formation is proof that the strong paramagnetic fields around high-basaltic volcanic mountains capture the electrons from solar wind incursions and it's not just the altitude that causes the condensation to aggregate but electrostatic attraction is equally or more important since without a negative charged dust particle there can't be a water droplet
otherwise every time you boil eggs in your kitchen you'd get clouds on your ceiling
