One of the best things I've done recently is greatly reducing how much I check the news. The chances of it being positive or uplifting is so small I don't see the point in pissing myself off constantly. It will be a dumpster fire for the next several years so the key is finding a good distraction.
I'm currently on my 6th or 7th book on honeybees, pollination, and honey production. Way more fascinating that reading the news. I'll be managing two hives in April. 🐝🌺
