Negentropy pt1 merged in 🌾 grain . Grain now checks for a new user on event processing and when it sees a new user it starts negentropy sync. Gets user outboxes from a set of initial relays (then stores that event) then aggregates all events from the user outboxes and prepares to compare the outbox event sets with negentropy. This is all working and merged. Now to implement actual negentropy on the event sets and implement running the sync on an interval in combination with the new user check.
