in a job interview where I was grilled by 8 people, they asked how I get over unreasonably angry customers. I said eat. They laughed and asked the same question. I said I eat. Very sternly and seriously they asked again. I asked if the customer was always right. They said yes. I said there is nothing else to do in that situation but eat.
