One of the things I like the most about PC hardware reviewer Steve "Tech Jesus" of Gamers Nexus is the consistently exceptionally precise and non-hyperbolic phrasing where basically the best praise say e.g. a computer case gets is "we like it" or "we could recommend this".
With that in mind... "We can not recommend Intel CPUs right now [...]" is very harsh. Unfortunately it seems justified, as it currently by some accounts seems like many millions of Intel's 13th and 14th generation consumer/desktop CPUs may require a manufacturer recall for failure.
