So let me get this right... after Wndrush, the treatment of migrants, delays in processing EU citizens' right to remain & other miss-steps, the Home Office has the time to issue a formal passport to a fictional character, who is not even human (in their functional existence).

This may look like harmless fun/good publicity to some, but I would think for those impacted by HO delays & inhumanity it will be (another) slap in the face....
