I know some Kentuckians that are a crazy mix of progressive, conservative, and democrat that read the New York Times and think the confederacy got a bad wrap because they think the North was even meaner to blacks. And they think republicans make a point to appeal to specifically the most backward nut jobs of the South. But the funny thing is that they are really opposed to the transgender stuff.
